We research, protect and discover archaeological monuments at exhibitions.

Archaeological monuments for viewing objects dangerous to humans, found in the ground by the body.

We teach about the past of Małopolska, Poland, Europe, South America and ancient Egypt.

Our address

Our main foundation is located in the center of Krakow, at 3 Senacka Street.

The entrance to the exhibitions is from the garden at Poselska Street.

Gods of Ancient Egypt
Prehistory and contemporary Middle Ages in Lesser Poland.
(Prehistory is the time when people did not know writing yet.)

Opening hours:

The museum is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On Wednesdays and Fridays, the museum is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On Saturdays and Sundays the museum is open from 11:00 to 16:00.

The museum is closed on Mondays.

It opens in July and August.

Availability

At the Prehistory and Early Middle Ages of Małopolska exhibition, we have tactile copies of monuments.

For example, swords, vessels and comb.

We also have guide wires for people who cannot search.

There are also tactile exhibition designs with Braille inscriptions.

Tickets

When coming to the museum, bring money for your entrance ticket.

You can also use a payment card.

Consider that you also have a disability ID card.
